Crafted with professional-grade 304 stainless steel, this 30-inch griddle offers superior heat distribution thanks to its 1/2-inch thick enameled cast iron sub-plate. Dual 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners with a combined 18,000 BTU output allow for precise heat control with individual knobs. Powered by a single AA battery, the electronic ignition system includes a safety valve and thermocouple for added peace of mind. Ventilation cutouts prevent gas buildup and overheating, while the removable griddle plate and curved grease collection tray make for easy cleanup. The Le Griddle can be easily converted from propane to natural gas with the included kit and instructions, but a regulator and hose are not included. A stainless steel lid is available for purchase separately, and a minimum clearance of 24 inches
